Happy Birthday to the Mashup and Thank you

One week ago today I posted my Mashup. I was just being silly and it was fun spending 3 hours on Audacity making myself giggle like a school girl. It helps to have a Ninja to play counterpoint to Senator Stevens. What followed did not exactly set the world on fire, but it got some people to sit up an take notice. Remember, please, that my intention was not to humiliate the current president pro tempore, but to possibly call attention to the fact that a fundamentally better understanding of not just the internet but also ALL legislation should be the case before voted on. Crazy me.

I have many folks to thank, but before I do I would like to point out that two of the network segments that hit my little Mashup was from "U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms" (The U.S. 'Information Technology' Department) and "U.S. Department of State." Since I have your attention I would like to point out that speeches such as the one given by the respected Senator from Alaska can be avoided if the explanations given to him by, I don't know, The U.S. I.T. Dept. were clear so technologies such as, I don't know, SMTP (mail protocol) and its idiosyncrasies can be understood.

Anybody can understand anything - it all depends on the explanation.
